Family Constellations is a transformative approach that looks into hidden dynamics within family systems. It helps individuals resolve deeply rooted patterns and heal intergenerational wounds. Developed by Bert Hellinger, this method combines family systems therapy with a spiritual perspective, acknowledging how the unresolved burdens and traumas of our ancestors can unconsciously shape our lives.

Through systemic constellations, these patterns are brought to light. During the process, we might uncover various patterns or obstacles, such as unspoken pain, unresolved conflicts, or emotional burdens. They might be entanglements with your family lineage, which are rooted in blind loyalty. It goes without saying that they can block personal growth, limit self-expression, and bring struggles to your relationships.

In my family constellation sessions are individual, rather than in a group setting. Together, we will start by clarifying an intention—what you wish to achieve or manifest. Clarifying your intention is alredy part of the process as we’ll start identifying the obstacles currently standing in your way.

Using a symbolic representation of people or important aspects in your life, we will map out the dynamics of your situation on the constellation field. This visual map provides insights into blocked energies or complex relational patterns while also revealing potential solutions and paths forward. To support the transformative work, during the session, healing statements, symbolic rituals, movements on the filed will be done. Additionaly you may receive suggestions based on your session to help you continue the energetic shifts and movements sparked during the session. This personalized process creates clarity, resolution, and momentum for the changes you seek.

Family constellation sessions address a variety of challenges, touching all areas of life, such as relationship struggles, career or business hurdles, financial difficulties, emotional imbalances, or unfulfilled personal goals.
